We use it to prepare your quote. We never sell it. Effective October 12, 2026.
Solar Power Auditing does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. We do not share it with marketing companies or lead lists, and we never pass your details to multiple companies to bid on your job.
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, home address, details about your home and roof, and information from your electric bill such as your monthly usage and cost. When you visit our website, we may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device and the pages you view.
We use your information only to respond to your request: to review your home and energy use, design a solar system for your roof, prepare your quote and savings estimate, contact you about your quote, schedule appointments and support your installation if you choose to move forward. We may also use it to improve our website and services.
We share your information only with the one licensed installation partner who designs and installs your system, and only so they can prepare your quote and complete your project. We may also share it with service providers who help us run our business (such as our website host or scheduling tools), who are required to keep it confidential, or when required by law. That's it.
If you submit a request, you agree that we and our installation partner may contact you by phone, text or email about your quote. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or call us at (877) 976-5277 and ask to be removed. Message and data rates may apply.
Our website may use cookies and similar tools to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and limit access to people who need it to serve you.
You can ask us at any time to see the information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Just call or email us and we'll take care of it.
Our services are meant for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
